Work done with a special flexible translucent paper that resembles medieval skin parchment, parchment craft originated in Colombia, the author's native country. Ospina teaches, writes, and owns a company, Pergamano, that promotes the craft. Working techniques include embossing, decorative cutting, stamping, and painting, and step-by-step projects are included for cards, table decorations, and party favors.
