We tried something new with this video. Rather than posting one 60-70 minute video, this video has been broken into 10-separate video segments. We are doing this for several reasons:

• We have received feedback that our videos are just too long.
• By breaking the video into segments, we can slow down, be more descriptive, and add demonstrations without further extending an already long video.
• We can direct customers to a specific video when answering questions

After reviewing the first five segments online, we are already seeing areas where we can make improvements--for example, we are shortening the intros and closings. We will still need to open and close each video since someone may watch any segment first, but shortening will reduce redundancy. As we work our way through this process, we welcome your comments and ideas for getting them just right...
